I appreciated the efficient service from the staff. Beatrice handled all my requests perfectly. Tamer and Paul provided excellent service at the rooftop bar. I will return for another visit soon because of the atmosphere and service.

the wi-fi signal was weak, and i think the hotel needs to upgrade it. this inconvenience slightly impacted my ability to plan my day trips effectively.
